Ibiza Property Management Collective was built the same way many Ibiza stories begin — through relationships, trust, and years of living and working on the island.
We are Steve and Sadie Mills, a husband-and-wife team who have called Ibiza home for more than twenty years. Between us we have over forty years of combined experience living and working on this beautiful island, caring for some of its most unique and valuable private homes.
Our journey began with Sadie’s successful cleaning company, which quickly became trusted by villa owners who wanted reliable, detail-focused care for their properties. As those relationships grew, the business naturally evolved into full property management, followed by rentals and concierge services for owners and their guests.
Most recently, we expanded into property sales after Steve obtained his official real estate qualification for the Balearic Islands, completing the final piece of the puzzle in the services we are able to offer our clients.
Today we manage a carefully selected portfolio of private villas across Ibiza, with properties ranging from approximately €3 million to €7 million in value and a combined portfolio value of around €35–40 million.
Over the years our business has grown almost entirely through word of mouth and long-standing client relationships — something we are extremely proud of.
What makes us different is simple: we remain personally involved. Owners know they can pick up the phone and speak directly to us, and guests know there is always someone local, experienced and reliable available whenever they need assistance.
Our aim is simple — to give property owners complete peace of mind while ensuring their homes are cared for with the same attention, discretion and respect that we would give our own.
